Greensboro is also home to beautiful public parks and gardens, welcoming you to spend time outdoors for fresh air, exercise, and sunshine. Want to stay physically active? The Downtown Greenway offers a four-mile walking and biking trail around center city. Want to stay closer to home? There are a few local parks near WhiteStone, including Lindley Park, 107 acres with playgrounds, fields and large natural area. Visit for bird-watching, walking, sitting by the pond, or taking the grandkids to the playground.
