Each one of our affordable one- and two-bedroom apartment homes features a full kitchen, great room, walk-in closets, laundry closet, and balcony or patio. Select one-bedroom apartments have an extra powder room and a den and/or sunroom.
VILLAS
The villas at WhiteStone are two-bedroom, two-bath stand-alone homes. Each has a carport or a one- or two-car garage, screened-in porch or Carolina room, full kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, laundry closet, roomy storage spaces, and walk-in closets.
COTTAGES
Residents enjoy our popular duplex-style cottage homes feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans, each with a full kitchen, great room, patio, breakfast nook, guest bath, and laundry closet.
